At Luxury Hair Halifax (LHH), your happiness is our number one priority! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your online hair purchase, we will happily exchange or offer you a store credit.
We understand it can be difficult to make your purchase online, so please feel free to contact us via phone, email or even skype to discuss your needs. We can assist you in selecting the perfect option for you. Alternatively, you can visit us in our Bedford salon to view samples and place your order.
To return your item please email or call and request your RTA (Return Authorization Number) within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. All we ask is you ship back your item within 2 working days of receiving your order. The wig should be in its original packaging and not altered or worn. The lace front should not be cut. Once the item has been received at our shop, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your exchange. If we do not have something suitable for you in stock, we will gladly order something in for you.
Some important things to note when exchanging an item:
- Items must be unworn, odor-free and in their original condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging and with all tags attached (where applicable)
- All SALE items are final sale.
- We do not offer returns on custom made items (for further detail see custom orders)
- Shipping fee’s for all returns are to be covered by the customer. LHH is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you ship your returns by courier or registered post.
- In accordance with Canadian Health and Hygiene practices, the return of any beauty product cannot be accepted if it shows any evidence of being opened, altered or used.
- We inspect all items when returned thoroughly and as such returns must comply within our guidelines for a credit to be issued or an exchange to be made.
Custom Order Return Policy
As all custom orders are specifically ordered to suit you, we do not offer returns. Please make sure that you choose carefully when selecting your custom item. Please contact us directly if you would like assistance in placing your order. LHH unfortunately will not be responsible for wrong measurements or incorrect size and or color selections made.
